Please review your order carefully before submitting, as Mandiora may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted and pushed to fulfillment with our logistics partners in Egypt and the GCC. Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include local taxes, shipping, handling, or customs charges. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, and account information (such as credit card numbers or local Mada card details) so that we can successfully complete your transactions.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We work with dedicated carriers across the Middle East, but we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & COPYRIGHT

A) Mandiora Products & Designs: All custom illustrations, coloring page designs, book artwork, logos, and original text created under the Mandiora brand are our exclusive intellectual property and are protected by international copyright laws. Any unauthorized reproduction, copying, distribution, or commercial exploitation of our coloring content is strictly prohibited.

B) Third-Party Art Supplies & Trademarks: The art supplies, tools, and accessories from third-party brands featured on our store are curated and distributed to complement our core coloring products. All trademarks, logos, brand names, and intellectual property rights associated with these art supplies remain the sole property of their respective original owners. Mandiora claims no ownership over these external brands. However, copying or using the custom product photography, layout, or descriptions generated on our website is prohibited.

SECTION 7 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Mandiora is hosted and powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Mandiora. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales, injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and courts of the jurisdiction where Mandiora’s registered corporate office is headquartered (United Kingdom).
